About 15% of overall weight is blown off by the Quantz rotary cracker. Our large aspirator system suctions off a portion of the shells and dust to a central collector. Resulting in cleaner pecans for you!
Pecans are shipped in USPS box inside a paper bag just like they are sold in the Farm store.
