Medium sized grafted pecan varieties which can include Colby, Posey, Goosepond, Lakota, Hirschi, among others. Pecans have a lot of named Varieties just like fruit trees! All the varieties have great flavor and easier to remove shells than the small sized native pecans.
Please note all Cracked Pecans are weighed Pre-cracked. Actual weight will be about 4.25LBs per 5 LB's. About 15% of overall weight is blown off by the Quantz rotary cracker. Our large aspirator system suctions off a portion of the shells and dust to a central collector. Resulting in cleaner pecans for you!
Pecans are shipped in USPS priority mail box inside a paper bag just like they are sold in the Farm store.
